The CUSW National Tradeswomen Committee was formed in 2021 to provide a network to support current and future tradeswomen joining CUSW.  When tradeswomen feel supported and empowered, they become better workers, mentors, and leaders.

The committee also serves as an advisory board to CUSW as they understand the barriers to the recruitment and retention of women in the trades.  

The committee provides the CUSW National Executive Board feedback and fresh ideas for ongoing diversity and inclusion initiatives.
