The CUSW National Indigenous Engagement Committee was formed to provide a network to support current and future Indigenous tradespeople joining CUSW. 

The committee also serves as an advisory panel to CUSW as we understand the barriers to the recruitment and retention of Indigenous people in the trades.  The committee provides the CUSW National Executive Board feedback and new ideas for ongoing diversity and inclusion initiatives.
