The Canadian Apprenticeship Forum (CAF-FCA) is a non-profit organization that brings together apprenticeship stakeholders from across trades, across sectors and across Canada to share information and promising practices, identify challenges and propose joint solutions. As a national voice for the apprenticeship community, CAF-FCA influences apprenticeship strategies through research, discussion and collaboration.
Skilled trades persons are in high demand throughout the Greater Toronto Area and Ontario, and CUSW has benefited enormously by working with the Canadian Apprenticeship Forum to attract young people throughout the country into the skilled trades. CUSW also participates in the Forum’s popular conferences, which draws apprenticeship and skilled trades stakeholders from across Canada, and where delegates participate in valuable conversations about ideas, research and approaches to developing a highly-skilled trades workforce.
CUSW is also proud to be listed as a “Champion Member” of the Forum.
