COVID-19 Membership Update And Employee Communication 10
As we navigate a COVID-19 third wave and added infection risk of COVID variants in our communities, it is as important as ever that we work together to reduce the spread. During this critical time, we urge members to continue to follow the stay-at-home order, guidelines and PPE requirements in your workplaces and to limit contact to family members only when outside of the workplace. Our families, co-workers and communities’ are depending on us.
On the topic of vaccines, we support Ontario public health messaging that all members should get vaccinated when eligibility permits. Some may have questions or concerns about the vaccine. The Ontario government has provided answers to vaccine questions at:

Resources for Members struggling with Stress
This is a stressful time for everyone. From the beginning, we have reinforced the need for members to take stock of their mental well-being and to seek help if they need it. Fortunately, help is available through your PSBT Member & Family Assistance Plan (MFAP) delivered on our behalf by Homewood Health. Among the services available to help members and their families during this time are: Childcare resources, Relationship coaching, Parenting resources and Financial counselling. Assistance is available 24/7. Learn more on the PSBT website:
