Did you know that there are 14 different CUSW National Committees? Each one focuses on a different area of interest, so there are many ways for Members to participate. For a complete listing of the National Committees, click here.
Committee Members are appointed by the National Board between July 1st and September 30th of the election year, which this year is! These committees are an important channel for Members to have a voice in all of the activities and decisions affecting them - it is a part of what makes CUSW a 21st Century Union.
Should you know someone who you think would be a great fit for one of these committees, download the Nomination Form and nominate them! Once the form is completed, return to the National Office by e-mail, fax, or mail by SEPTEMBER 1ST. Once received, the nominations will be reviewed by the National Executive Board and appointments will be made at the September Board Meeting.
