ARTICLE 01 - Name and Jurisdiction

ARTICLE 1

NAME AND JURISDICTION

1.01

This organization shall be known as the Canadian Union of Skilled Workers, and shall also be known by its short form, CUSW, hereinafter the “Union”.

 

1.02

The territorial jurisdiction of the Union shall be as determined necessary by the National Executive Board to properly represent the Members of the Union and to protect the work jurisdiction of the Union.

 

1.03

The Head Office of the Union shall be located within the borders of Canada.
